If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify dewa39 immediately via our 24/7 live chat or email support. We will investigate and take appropriate protective action, including temporary account suspension, while the matter is resolved.
dewa39 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) stan dards. All Players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal and may be asked to verify their identity at any other time at dewa39's discretion.

All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the dewa39 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Only real-money balances derived from actual deposits and settled winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
