Built on transparency, driven by technology, and dedicated to the Indonesian player experience. Here is the story behind dewa39.
dewa39 was founded with a single, clear purpose: to provide Indonesian players with a world-class online gaming and sports betting experience that truly understands the local market. From the very beginning, our team recognized a fundamental gap — international platforms were technically capable but culturally distant, while smaller local platforms lacked the technological infrastructure and security standards that serious players deserve. dewa39 was built to bridge that gap.
Our founding team brought together expertise in gaming technology, financial services, and Indonesian consumer behavior. We invested heavily in building a platform that could handle the payment preferences Indonesian players rely on every day — bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, as well as popular e-wallets like OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The result is a seamless, friction-free deposit and withdrawal experience that no international competitor could match right out of the box.
Since our launch, dewa39 has grown into one of Indonesia's most trusted names in online gaming. Our player base spans major cities including Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, and Yogyakarta — a testament to the broad appeal of our platform and the quality of service we deliver. Whether a player wants to bet on BRI Liga 1 with competitive odds on Persija Jakarta versus Persib Bandung, explore a diverse library of slots from Pragmatic Play and Pocket Games Soft, or sit at a live Evolution Gaming roulette table at midnight, dewa39 delivers an experience that is fast, fair, and secure.
The Indonesian sports betting landscape is deeply connected to football. Our platform was engineered from day one to serve the passionate Indonesian football community — from casual fans placing a single bandar bola (football bookmaker) wager on an EPL weekend fixture, to dedicated bettors constructing complex mix parlay accumulator tickets across La Liga, Serie A, and the Champions League. We offer Asian handicap markets, Over/Under lines, 1X2 results, Both Teams To Score, and many more bet types across hundreds of leagues and competitions every week.
Beyond football, dewa39 serves players who enjoy togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), the fast-paced excitement of slot gacor (high-RTP slot games), and the social atmosphere of live dealer casino tables. Our game catalog is curated to reflect genuine Indonesian player preferences, not just global averages. Every product decision at dewa39 runs through a simple filter: does this serve our Indonesian players better?
We are proud of what dewa39 has become — and equally committed to what it will be. Our roadmap includes continuous platform improvements, expanded payment integrations, richer live betting features, and deeper responsible gaming tools. As Indonesia's digital economy continues to grow and more players move online, dewa39 is positioned to be the platform they trust most.
Platform metrics that reflect our commitment to delivering real value to Indonesian players
The mission of dewa39 is straightforward: to provide every Indonesian player with a gaming environment that is secure, fair, enjoyable, and genuinely localized. We exist to raise the standard of online gaming in Indonesia by combining international technology with deep local knowledge.
We believe that trust is earned through consistency. Every withdrawal processed on time, every support ticket resolved in the player's native language, and every game outcome verified by certified RNG technology is a deposit into the trust account we hold with our community. dewa39 does not take shortcuts, because our players deserve better than shortcuts.
Responsible gaming is central to our mission. We believe that entertainment and player protection are not competing priorities — they are inseparable. Our platform includes comprehensive tools for deposit limits, session time controls, self-exclusion, and loss tracking, because a player who is in control of their gaming is a player who genuinely enjoys it. Adults only — dewa39 strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement across all services.
Every bet is settled fairly. Every promotion is honored as stated. Every withdrawal is processed without hidden conditions. Integrity is not a marketing statement at dewa39 — it is an operational standard enforced at every level of the business.
Platform decisions at dewa39 start with one question: does this make life easier for our Indonesian players? From mobile-optimized interfaces to instant bank transfers, every feature is designed around real player needs, not internal convenience.
We invest continuously in platform stability, security infrastructure, and betting engine performance. Our servers maintain 99.9% uptime so that players never miss a critical BRI Liga 1 kick-off or a live casino moment because of technical failure.
dewa39 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide self-exclusion tools, spending controls, and direct referrals to professional support services. Gaming on dewa39 should always remain entertainment — never a source of financial stress.
We hold ourselves to international security and fairness benchmarks while remaining deeply rooted in Indonesia's culture, payment ecosystem, and sporting passions. Being both local and global is not a contradiction — it is our competitive advantage.

Indonesia is not just a market for dewa39 — it is our home. Every strategic decision we make is filtered through the question of whether it genuinely serves Indonesian players. We celebrate the same sporting moments you do: the excitement of Timnas Indonesia (nicknamed Garuda) competing in the AFF Cup, the passion of a BRI Liga 1 title race, and the collective joy of watching Indonesian athletes compete on the world stage in badminton at the All England or Thomas Cup.
We understand that Indonesian players have unique needs. The preference for bank transfer payments over credit cards, the importance of WIB timezone alignment for customer service hours, the cultural significance of Idul Fitri and Ramadhan when special promotions resonate most — these are not details we discovered from market research reports. They are insights built into our platform's DNA from the very beginning.
dewa39 also takes its responsibility to the community seriously. We maintain strict age verification protocols ensuring that only adults aged 21 and above can access our platform. Our responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, loss caps, session timers, and self-exclusion — are available to every player at no cost and without stigma. We want our players to enjoy dewa39 for many years, and that means their long-term wellbeing always takes priority over short-term revenue.
Customer support hours, promotional schedules, and live event timing are all displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7), covering Jakarta, Sumatra, and West and Central Java. We also recognize WITA (UTC+8) and WIT (UTC+9) for players in Central and Eastern Indonesia.
Your dewa39 account operates entirely in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). No currency conversions, no foreign exchange fees, no confusion about real money values. All balances, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in IDR.
Every member of our support team speaks Bahasa Indonesia fluently. When you contact dewa39 for help, you are connected with an agent who understands your question precisely — no language barriers, no miscommunication, no frustrating back-and-forth.
dewa39 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all our members. We enforce a strict 21+ age restriction — you must be at least 21 years old to register and play. Our responsible gaming tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, reality-check reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion options. If gaming is no longer enjoyable or is causing concern, we strongly encourage you to use these tools or contact our support team directly for guidance.
